At BeBold we have a clear vision of the part we want to play in helping to build confidence and self esteem in children and adults who suffer from alopecia. We want to connect people and organisations and help them create their own strategies to manage the condition, along the way we want to provide as many positive experiences as we can. Always at the forefront of our minds is how we can make a difference, using our skills we have we want to help empower others. The reason why we have become a Community Interest Company/ Social Enterprise.
The underlying philosophy of BeBold is about delivering real value and support. We work in partnership with other professionals and third sector companies by creating a shared understanding, transferring expertise, building on strengths and igniting the imagination.
Our Managing Director is Darren Payne
Working with other like minded entrepreneurs gives him the chance to take ideas to a new level. Having trained and working as a Service Delivery Manager for Global Giants Fujitsu, Darren has learnt a lot of strong skills which he uses to help people develop strategies to achieve their goals. When managing teams he has always been able to instinctively motivate people. He uses this unique skillset to design and deliverÂ projects on confidence building, self motivation and goal setting. A combined skill of IT infrastructure and software code, Darren, leads the development of BeBold from a commercial directorship.
Our Associate is Ann-Marie Payne
Ann-Marie's strength as a people person and trainer gives her a wide background of skills to bring to the team; she has helped many small businesses to start and recognises that confidence in their own ability is the key point to enable all clients to achieve what they actually want. Ann-Marie finds reward in helping people get where they want to be. A She has many years experience in people development of which she brings to projects in abundance. Ann-Marie is the driving force behind all the BeBold projects.
